Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Cannes Limo Service. Please take a moment to read them before making a Booking. In these Terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
PAYMENT
We accept all widely used payment methods including credit card (American Express, MasterCard/Diners International, Visa), debit card (Visa/Delta, Visa/Electron), bank transfer and PayPal. The use of PayPal is only possible for bookings exceeding a certain amount and the customer will be charged an admin fee.
Prices are charged in Euros and any currency conversion facility is provided as an approximation tool only.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
If a booking is cancelled within 4 hour of the requested pick-up time we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey. If however the pick-up location necessitates the car being despatched more than four hour before the pick-up time we again reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.
If the passenger does not appear and make contact with our driver at the booked time and the designated pick-up point, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.
Our bookings cancellation policy reflects the availability of the vehicles in our fleet. Upon acceptance of your booking we reserve the availability of the vehicle for you and subsequently refuse all other bookings for that vehicle at that time and on that date.
Waiting Time
We understand that third party circumstances may not allow you to reach the pickup location on time. This is why we provide a free waiting time service.
Airport Pickups : The first 60 minutes of waiting time is included in the hire price and starts from the moment the plane has landed. Thereafter, the waiting time will be charged at our hourly rate based on our current tariff at the time of the journey.
All Other Pickup Locations : The first 15 minutes of waiting time is included in the hire price and starts from the booked pickup time, even if your driver arrived early. If you request your driver to wait, the next 15 minutes will be charged at 1€ per minute. Thereafter, the waiting time will be charged at our hourly rate based on our current tariff at the time of the journey.
Night Bookings
A 15€ surcharge will apply between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00 am.
Smoking
Cannes Limo Service operates a strict No Smoking policy in all our vehicles.
